How are shipping costs calculated for Europe and Australia?
Shipping costs depend on the number of units, container type (20ft or 40ft), and destination port. We provide both FOB (Shenzhen) and CIF (to your destination port) pricing options in our quotation. For a shipping estimate, contact us with your order quantity and nearest port.
What payment terms do you offer for EU and Australian buyers?
Standard terms are 50% deposit via wire transfer (T/T) to begin production, with the 50% balance due before shipment. For larger multi-unit orders, we can discuss milestone-based payment schedules.
Can you configure the electrical system for 230V/50Hz?
Yes. We configure the electrical components (pumps, heaters, control systems) to match your country's standard voltage and frequency. Specify your requirements when requesting a quote, and we will confirm the configuration in the proforma invoice.
Do you provide installation support in Europe or Australia?
We supply complete installation documentation -- technical drawings, site preparation guides, electrical requirements, and commissioning procedures. The documentation is designed for use by any qualified local contractor. Remote video support is available during installation if needed.
