Both our 304 and 316 grades are marine-quality stainless steel. For most installations, 304 provides excellent corrosion resistance and value. For coastal, saltwater, or chemically aggressive environments, we recommend upgrading to 316 stainless steel, which adds molybdenum for superior pitting and crevice corrosion resistance.

What is the lead time for the AP SWIM SPA-C?
Standard production lead time is 45 days from receipt of 50% deposit. Shipping time is additional and depends on destination port — typically 15-30 days for sea freight.
Can I upgrade from 304 to 316 stainless steel?

What warranty do you offer?
We provide a 2-year warranty on all electrical components (pumps, control panel, heater, ozone/UV system). The medical-grade Lucite acrylic shell carries a 30-year characteristic guarantee against yellowing and cracking under normal use and proper chemical balance.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 1 unit. Volume discounts are available for orders of 5+ units. Multi-unit resort and hotel projects receive priority production scheduling.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 50% deposit to begin production, with the remaining 50% due before shipment. We accept T/T (wire transfer). Letter of Credit (L/C) is available for orders above USD 50,000.
How is the spa shipped and what about customs?
Each spa is packed in a fumigated professional wooden crate (USD 220/unit). HS Code 9506.99.9000 applies. We provide full export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading. We can recommend freight forwarders or work with yours.
Do you provide installation support?
Yes. We provide detailed installation manuals in English, remote video guidance during installation, and WhatsApp support from our technical team. On-site installation service can be arranged for large projects at additional cost.
